The University of the Free State (UFS) Archives and Special Collections provides access to the content of the Archive for Contemporary Affairs (ARCA) and special collections housed in the Africana Collection of the Library and Information Services.

The UFS Archives and Special Collections is hosted on AtoM, a collaborative project with the aim to provide the international archival community with a free, open source software application to manage archival descriptions in accord with ICA standards.
